An amazing new design from Braun! The Envi urban dustbin is in one word “awesome”! I would love to have one of these at my home, the idea is for this to be something that will help you do your bit by “promoting composting from biodegradable waste. What you do is, for instance, while tossing an apple into the dustbin, bio-reactive substances based on photo catalysis start rehashing the trash as compost. And you don’t even have to worry about the extremely foul smell that dustbins release because this bio-reactive substance removes odors and speeds up the process.”

Finally a zero emissions car the does not look like George Jetson owns it!  The new Honda FCX Clarity is a fuel cell car that runs on hydrogen instead of gasoline. The FCX can go up to 240 miles without refueling, which is about the equivalent to 61 mpg’s. There is only ONE problem… as of right now it is only available for lease in certain areas of southern California.
